whitelist off! - back to creativeness! - new rank changes

Well warfare was fun, but got boring faster then I expected. So throughout today I worked on importing the extracted creations to a new world. Next I set up the new changes for the plugins on the server. Most of you will not be able to use god mode anymore, though you can ask for a heal from Trusted users and above.

-the 'Player' rank has more permissions, though not /jump /top /god or /heal
-some announcements are now 'tip's
-the waterpark is back! /warp waterpark

The permissions
I figured putting up the contents of the group permissions file wouldn't do any harm, but make players more aware of what they can do. So this contains all the permissions people are capable of. It doesn't get anymore detailed then this folks!
